Do I need any experience?
No. Numbers, symbols or a printed pattern show you exactly what goes where. If you can follow numbers, you can finish your kit.
What's inside the box?
Everything you need to finish: the pre-printed canvas or fabric, paints, yarn or diamonds, and the tools. Each product page lists exactly what's included.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our partner warehouse within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–11 business days to the US and about 5–15 business days to Canada and Australia.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and most of Europe. For some other countries a handling and shipping fee is shown at checkout.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order ships, you get an email with a tracking number.
Can I send my own photo?
Yes. On our custom photo kits you upload your picture right on the product page.
Something is missing or damaged. What now?
Write to info@judypaint.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it.
